Educational Background

I have been playing clarinet and other woodwind instruments for over 25 years. I have a BMus (Hons) from the UCE Birmingham Conservatoire (2000-2004), studying under Sally Harrop and Colin Parr, among others. I also have a PGCE in Secondary Music/Specialist Instrumental Teaching from the Royal Northern College of Music and Manchester Metropolitan University (2007-2008). In addition to my performance and teaching expertise, I studied community music and have a strong background in developing creative community music projects for youth.
